This marks an exciting new chapter in Tazmin’s career. After dedicating many years to raising her children, she’s ready to channel her energy and compassion into a role that truly reflects her values and passion for helping others. Transitioning into family support work feels like a natural step for Tazmin — her first-hand experience as a parent, alongside her time spent supporting children and vulnerable families, has given her a deep understanding of the challenges that many families face.

Tazmin brings warmth, empathy, and a calm, down-to-earth approach to her work. She’s passionate about creating a space where families feel heard, supported, and empowered to move forward positively. Her lived experience helps her connect authentically with the families who reach out to FIRST Hub for guidance and reassurance.

Outside of her role, Tazmin is a devoted mum to two young boys. Together, they love exploring the outdoors, heading out on adventures across the Island, and making lasting memories — whether it’s a beach walk, a woodland trail, or a simple picnic in the park. When she does find a quiet moment for herself, you’ll often find her tucked away in a cosy coffee shop, enjoying a good book and a bit of well-earned relaxation.

Tazmin is excited to grow in her new role, develop her skills, and make a meaningful contribution to the community. She’s passionate about helping families flourish in a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment — values that sit at the very heart of the work we do here at FIRST Hub.
